In my sonography report shows....pod is clear...and cavity is empty.,.endometrium is normal it measure 7.4 mm.it does mean i am not pregnant..

Yes it indicates that you are not pregnant,hope ectopic pregnancy is ruled out as well , as u have not mentioned that ,also what were the betahcg results
