I've been having menstruation 2 weeks now. Just a little blood everyday. I find it very uncomfortable. what should I do? Do I kneed to take a pill?

First rule out pregnancy if possibility is there, if negative get  ultrasound done. And start taking tab trenexa 500mg three times a day for 3 days.
