Abnormal Eosinophil count

I recently done blood test found out that my Eosinophil and total RBC count it more than expected. Also I am some sort of skin infection from few days. Please see attached reports.. please suggest.

Hi I don't see any significant abnormality looking at your reports. Your absolute eosinophil count is within normal limits. Marginal fluctuations can be seen in these parameters if you have allergies tendency or having an infection. Do not worry. Show your physician who advised you blood tests.
