Prolonged P wave finding in ecg .please clarify its seriousness and further actions or diagnosis for this condition

Kindly post the ECG if possible. Enlarged P wave can mean chamber enlargement. ( we don’t term P wave as prolonged )
Next Steps
Consult your cardiologist if symptomatic. Will need an Echo to see if any chamber is dilated
