Usually my cycle lasts for 3 days, it started on 8th and got over by 10th ever since then I had some times spotting and not spotting irregular patterns continued until yesterday where I had heavy bleeding diluted and brighter than before

Looks like u have cervical erosion,get a pap smear done to rule out for any pathology.U may get an ultrasound done too for any PCOs ,polyps ,cysts etc.
