Abnormal bleeding 15 days after MTP

I consulted a gynaecologist for MTP , she initially did a scan to confirm if it is a molar pregnancy .After that she advised using the MTP kit as follows. I had Mifepristone on 12th June 7 PM . Then i consumed 4 pills of Misoprostol on 14th Jun 10AM .Bleeding was almost over by 20th, just spotting once a while . Went for a check up scan on 22nd and she said all is OK . Since today morning , it is bleeding again like how it happens during regular periods . Is something wrong ? Please advice

Kindly do an ultrasound pelvis to rule out retained products of conception if not already done. Consult with me directly online for further information and management regarding this
