Hello Dr. Is it possible to see nothing at 12 weeks at abdominal ultrasound if pregnancy is there at 12 weeks baby can be seen on abdominal ultrasound

Live fetus at 12 weeks within the uterus is well visible in an abdominal usg. If pregnancy test was positive but usg shows nothing, you need to ne concerned and kindly visit an obstetrician as soon as possible.
