Hi I am 28 weeks pregnant..having abdominal tightness n lil DISCOMFORT in abdominal area..no pain..should I go for an ultrasound?? What could this b?

Before ultrasound, see your gynaecologist. It could be natural contractions which are common during pregnancy and are harmless. Could also to preterm labour. You need go go for a check up
