Hi there...sorry to hear about the reports. Have you been started on antitubercular drugs or not? Because that is the main mode of treatment. Also any associated symptoms like evening rise of temperature, recurrent cough, with or without sputum, discharging sinuses, nodules over the skin will have to be looked. Kindly consult a TBCD specialist at any teaching hospital( treatment will be given free through rntcp program) and general surgeon for further evaluation. Hope this helps you.
