I was diagnosed with abdominal t.b (ct scan and biopsy of lymphnode) in sep 2019 since I have been on ATT (r cinex 600 , combutol 800, 1 multivitamin and pyzina 750 for first 2 month) and few other antibiotics and anti acidic medicine for some time . But after first three month my food intake gradually decreased due to abdominal pain I was admitted in hospital due to severe pain in stomach in Nov 2019 since I have lost 15 kg . I am always hungry but can't eat much cause of stomach discomfort and pain, when I eat more there is pain in upper abdomen spacially left and right part it increase while i touch it or move or bend(any kind of pressure on stomach) I take buscogast and medigas regularly to suppress it but still can't take normal diet. There are swollen lymph nodes in my stomach  which regressed very less in size (12×22 to 10x20 in 9 months) even after 10 month of medication. My stool color is close to black but bowl movements are normal. Please suggest can it be something else.
