Does a abdominal sonography detect pregnancy at 10 weeks in any area in the abdomen...if I receive normal abdominal sonography report... Did I anyway have to worry about any abnormal pregnancy... Uterus is empty and normal size all other organs are also normal... Did any chances of pregnancy still there?.. Did there any ectopic.. Flapion tubes not shown.. Ovary normal.. Did there any other form of ectopic.. Or abdomen area pregnancy... In belly or any other area in stomach.. Which can be ignored during the sonography? Is that possible?

Ectopic pregnancy is one usual pregnancy that could have been missed out ,do a urine pregnancy test,if that is positive,only then the chances of ectopic pregnancy is there .
