Hello there. I can understand your concern. I hope you are not in too much pain. The history you have provided is very little to comment on anything specific. It could be due to some renal stones or gall bladder stones, etc. For which you need to consult a general surgeon in person, give a detailed history and a clinical examination will also need to be conducted.
