My 8 years girls having abdominal pain , urine color is deep yellow,I have gone through test for bilirubin - result was 3.29 (total bilirubin) & lymphocyte is 58% kindly suggest is this a symptom of jaundice

Yes,it IS jaundice. Basic treatment remains rest and a high carbohydrate diet. You may give syp hepamerz,but it's supportive only.
