I have been experiencing right lower sided abdominal cramps, on and off for the past 1.5 weeks. They are accompanied by abdominal fullness and burping. My periods have been regular but more painful in this week and I have also noticed significant ovulation pain on ovulation day on the same right side for the past 2 months. Had laparoscopic appendectomy in Jan 2020 (7 months back). What should I do?

U can get a freshh sonography of abdomen and pelvis Try taking tab buscopan two times wehneevr there is pain
