Hello Sir, My wife is facing some serious abdominal pain before her menace. Could you please suggest a quick remedy to get rid of this pain. Also it would be helpful if you can point out the actual reason behind the same.

Your wife can take analgesics. There can be a lot of reasons that can cause pain during menstruation. Visit a gynecologist for proper investigation and treatment.
