Abdominal pain & toilet discharge probem

I have regular abdominal pain from 6 months .fristly i thought because of of codine addiction it occurs. But after leaving codine addiction till the problem remains same. Everymorning struggle for toilet discharge and whole day abdominal pain continues. And i also want to chnge my sleeping pills routine which was prescribed by the doctors when i consult for codine addiction.

You can take tablet Pantokind DSR and tablet Meftal Spas one tablet twice daily for five days. Do regular exercise and drink plenty of fluids. Assuming you are not on any other medication
