I am a thin person ,I am taking olanzapine 2.5 mg , Is there any way to counter olanzapine induced abdominal obesity ? I am ok with weight gain but abdominal obesity is problematic , can exercise reduce it ?

Out of all antipsychotics olanzapine causes most weight gain. Dietary changes and exercise can counter the abdominal obesity to some extent. But you might consider switching to another molecule if it does not help.
