I have a three inch long lump in my lower left abdomin (one inch wide) It used to be smaller, it appeared about five months ago, and weirdly it sometimes is not there like it disappeared, but it always comes back the same weird shape. I cannot see the lump, it's deep in my body.My abs always feel sore for some unknown reason. I also started having fainting spells about a year ago, in case that helps. (I'm a teenage girl) I hope that you could find out what I have, thank you.
