Dear mam I am having problem pain of the left side of the abdomen USG has taken it shows bilateral over shows multiple tiny peripharly arranges follicles dominant follicle noted in the left ovary measures 16.0mm my periods from 2months from showing irregular what can I do mam am married one can I get pregrent is it any other problems

You have PCOS. Visit your gynaecologist. You will need evaluation and treatment. It can be controlled well with lifestyle changes and medications
