Abdominal Discomfort
History : 2 years (01/10/2018)back had abdominal discomfort , went for colonoscopy , polyps were discovered and later removed using polypectomy procedure . Test were perfomed on the section and ( Histopathology showed " No Parasite /No Granuloma / No Malignancy is seen " . - - Interpretation / Result : Tubular Adenoma - Colon ) . In year 2019 ( 26/08/2019) again went for reexamination i.e Colonoscopy , Impression Result were : Normal Study . After that things went fine with no stress . Now from 8 days I am again having little discomfort in abdomin which is stressing me out , Doc says it's IBS and prescribed medicine . I am bit concerned what to do , as of current I am taking tab Asterab , Tab Morcase and VSpas . Please advise what to do , shall I aging go for Colonoscopy or wait .

Patients with colonic polyps can develop polyps again but since you have mentioned your HPE report showed that it was a Tubular adenoma as your doctor might have explained that it is benign and your follow up colonoscopy turned out to be normal. As a routine you do not require a repeat colonoscopy again and you can wait.
You can continue to take the medications as per your doctor's advice as they will alleviate your symptoms .
How ever if your symptoms do not subside after taking the treatment for 2 weeks consult with a gastroenterologist
