Abdominal discomfort

Hi, i have abdominal cramps around the navel and alternating episodes of diarrhoea and constipation. I am currently breastfeeding a newborn (12 days) old. Which medicine should i take. Also, can i take metrogyl while breastfeeding?

No need to take metrogyl..do u have fever?..if not continue breast feeding. Just take the following tablets.. Intake curd. Tab.buscopan....1 sos..if abdominal pain. Tab.pan D 1...0...1 x 2 days before food. Cap.bifilac....BD x 3 days Ors....Bd x 3 days.. If problem not settles consult me online for detail history with diagnosis.

Do not panic these symptoms usually occurs in irritable bowel syndrome can you give some more details about the symptoms like stress, diet, hygiene,.yes metrogyl 400 is safe while breastfeeding but do not overdose it
