Feeling hard thing rolling , some time navel side or moving but always in right side of abdomen for last four month . sonography is normal . Heavyness feeling

May be Gastritis or GASTROENTERITIS like SYMPTOMS. Discuss in detail. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc
