Abdominal and pelvic pain

I get lower abdominal pain and pain in pubis symphysis while walking, laughing, lifting weight and shifting sides during sleeping at night. This month i got a one day bleeding with cramps. Now i feel breast tenderness esp on the left side, fatigue, giddiness, bloating and constipation, cramps in the upper and mainly lower abdomen.
