I am feeling lower abdomenal pain on my left hand side below belly button from past 3 days. It feels like a muscular pain. If i touch it gives more pain. Rest everything is fine no fever food diet

If it is muscular pain it will heal in 3 to 5 days of rest Otherwise It could be colitis or something else...
