There are few lymph nodes in abdomen largest measuring 8.9*3.7 mm in peri umbilical region sir i am suffering from my stomuch disease since 1 year please sir tell me tere is any treatment for this disease

Please Do clinical trial of following medicines Tab pantop   15 1 on empty stomach Tab forekox    30 1     1 Sy sharcoferrol 2 tsf Twice a day If you feel better with these medicines, do sonography of abdomen after 15 days, reconsult me on practo with reports,
