So I ate paani puri and there's been a tear in skin type white patch near my upper jaw, What can that be?

Apply dologel twice a day over the tissue for 5 days along with metrogyl gel twice a day for 5 days

From the pic it seems to be traumatic ulcer probably from a food item.It should heal within a week or two. Apply Hexigel ointment 2-3 times a day . Incase it does not resolve in two weeks please consult a dentist.Hope that helps.
