A very minute yellow bump on oropharynx

Hello! I noticed a very minute (pin point size) yellow colored bump on my oropharynx , just behind palatopharangeal arch. It's painless. I have a TONSIL stone on other side , dr told, stone is harmless. But the other very minute stone which I noticed now  is not on tonsil and on oropharynx, is that a cause of concern?
