Hello. Multivitamin syrups do not have any use for loose motions. Be assure a 13 day old child, in absence of other signs in the stools like blood or mucus, loose stools are deemed normal. Make sure that the child is breast fed ONLY and hygiene is maintained around the child.

A to z syr is multivitamin syr not specifically for loose stools.. Though it has zinc in it which will helps to reduse diarrhea but the dose is adjusted for daily requirements not for diarrhoea cases
