CBD is dilated with a small echopoor mass (size-8.3*6.0mm) in its upper part. Also jaundice and itching

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I would strongly recommend you to get admitted to a hospital and get the jaundice and everything treated. The small mass might need surgical removal. Consult a general surgeon for that. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
