A small lump developed behind ear at lower part of skull yesterday. I feel mild pain with irritation whenever rotate head. It is not a white head and had no sharp tip. Please suggest me in this regard, thanks in advance.

may be post auticular lymphnode. a picture of that will be helpful. this can occur even with simple dandruff over skull. so a detailed history is needed
