My daughter is suffering from this disease from the last 1 year. She had been prescribed by a doctor for PENIDURE L A 6 lacs injection but there is not good progress.
Can you please help me about this situation, that what else I can do for her.
It depends on what her predominant symptoms are. Penicillin must be continued for some years, however that will have no bearing on her current symptoms. If she has persistent arthritis etc. that has to controlled with other medications, the penicillin will only prevent future complications but cannot deal with the current symptoms hence she may be unwell.
