Hello mam. For Lymphedema  following things can help. 1. Elevation of the legs specially during sleeping hours ( foot of the bed elevated 15 to 20 degrees can be achieved by placing pillows beneath the matress). 2.  Use elastic compression stockings. 3. Massage towards the trunk everyday. Can do it by hands or massaging device. Pneumatic compression devices are available  it's cheap you can buy it on Amazon. 4. Twice daily washing of affected parts with soap and water. 5. Regular working the foot up and down to promote lymph flow. 6. Keep the nails clean. 7. Use antiseptic creams to treat small wounds or abrasions Medicines are there but i can't mention it here because I need to know about your medical history in detail before prescribing any medicine.

Try lympha press machines. If you ask around in surgical stores or if you ask surgeons they might refer you to a place where it's available. They are expensive to buy but you can also rent them. Remember this is not a cure as there is no cure for lymphoedema, it's only temporary relief so you have to keep using machine once every few months. Also remember the succes also depends on the size of the swelling and you shouldn't be in the active stage of infection.
Health Tips
the availability of these machines might be subjected to what city you are living in.
