A little stomach pain & gas

I have been a little pain in left side of stomach and also feeling gas for 4 days and also sometimes stool problem , now stool problem is ok but pain and gas problem is continue. I also take a medicines. These are following... Ornida 500 & P2i-D. But does not any effect.
