I have developed a small mole or dry mass lower my lips ..at first i thought its an pimple and its burst and dried up.but its been months now but its like an dried pimple . How to get rid off it. I can't scatch. Once i did ..its bleed and again grow into like a dried pimple. Its creamish color.very tiny. Help me

Please come and show once , if it's on the Lowe lip vermillion border ie the red part then it may be a mucocele or else may be some infected lesion which needs proper diagnosis and treatment
