A case of chronic pancreatitis with multiple MPD calculi. Multiple prominent mesenteric nodes noted measuring 0.8 to 1.0 cm size. I have pain in the heart side and am having pain in stomach region which has already operated. I had undergone a pancreatitis operation in madurai Apollo hospital one year ago. I am taking  Creon power 25000 thrice in a day. So please suggest me Sir or help with other diagnosis and suggest me some of the best doctor for this type. Reply me Soon. Thabk you.
