A boil near rectum hole

3-4 days ago a boil near my rectum appeared & it started to pain the second day & it continues to pain until now. It has become hard from inside & it has size of a 50 paisa coin without any head to erupt. due to which it has become difficult for me to sit in a suitable position. Please advise
