9 years kid has been suffering from knee pain , swells at times. MRI impression is " 10x13mm loculated fluid collection in right knee joint anterior to ACL. It has thin septum / fibrinous strand in it"

Hi there, Swelling of the knee joint in children has to be evaluated thoroughly. The  ultrasound scan of the is suggestive of a cyst with in the joint. The kid will need a Arthroscopy of the knee to remove the cyst and at the same time send it for biopsy to confirm the type of cyst.
