9 weeks pregnant and no symptoms

I am 9weeks preg By tomorrow. And for past 4days I don't feel any symptoms. However healthy heartbeat was detected at 7th week I'm scan . I was streaching a little as a form Of relaxation in the morning while getting upfor past 3 days I am worried about it hurting baby.did it unintentionally.. Worried about not having symptoms except heavier breasts at times

there is no issue you can just take your vitamins and revisit you doctor on timing and is not necessary that since because you don't have any symptoms there is a chance of miscarriage
