8months baby stool has foam and Mucous

My son is 8 months old. We noticed some foam and Mucous in his stool for five to six times a day since last five days. We feed him cerelac twice a days, AROKYA toned milk twice a day (160ml) and mother milk throught the day. I am vegetarian and I follow good diet. We are clues what went wrong. Could you please provide proper solution and what could be the reason for this?
