8 years with a pimple sized thing

Ever since I was 10 years old I developed a pimple looking thing that is my skin color and its not a wart and do not know what it is it between my nose and upper lip, between there and it bothers me since I am a film major and I like being in camera and this affects me a lot and I just want to figure out what this is its been 8 years and this held me back forever and want help.
