8 months pregnant can't eat anything

I am 32wks 2 days pregnant ....I live in Mumbai n it's currently almost 40degrees here due to the heat waves which has brought a turn to my eating habits I cannot eat anything as all coz of the heat ...I feel sick the entire day ...if I look at food I feel like vomiting ....pls help me m worried for the baby . I already have BP issues I try to eat but end up vomiting.
