My son has fever from yesterday night. Reading 100.5-101. but now he has 104. Pls help. He is 8.5 year old.

Hi, give paracetamol 500mg half tablet every 6 hourly. Do tepid sponging regularly. Monitor his temp every two hourly. Consider seeing a pediatrician get his throat checked  as well.
