My daughter is 7 months old..did full breastfeeding till 6 months now started solid 7 one meal a day consisting of porridge like dal rice vegetables like capsicum carrot beans pumpkin etc .. sometimes apple boiled is also given and rest time breast milk But she is facing bad constipation problem She is doing poty one in 3-4 days..it gets hard and last time..streak of blood also came out..saw it carefully...blood streak got mixed with stool from the side of rectum it seemed Please tell me..what should I do ? Other than breast milk I give him 60 ml water Should I give him more water as he is likes to have more water??
