7mm Kidney Stone at UVJ

I am having 7 mm kidney at left UVJ near to the bladder..i was having before 1 week .. at present i am not having pain, i was taking english medicines before three days.. but now i am taking only apple cider vinegar and i am taking more fluids .. whether i need to undergo treatment?? And i dont want to have any operations or laser treatments .. is there any other way for that i can do to make the stone to flush out??

7 mm stone has very little chance of passing out with medicines, follow up with an ultrasound.
