My father 70years ,52kg weight ,5' 8" height had one vomiting post breakfast yestrday and he's complaining of imense weakness and reeling sensation all day n was lying on bed entire day .he had lil ors and curd rice for the day.no fever,bp-136/77,blood glucose 146 random. He doesn't use any medication other than thyronorm 50. Since last 4days one of his cheek is swollen n had lil tooth pain. What could be the issue..is this related to any inlaying issue? Which tablet can he use if vomtings repeat.
