Hi, can try with medications, but you have to be under observation, may have an excessive bleeding and pain.Follow up atleast for 2 weeks and scan at 2 weeks .There is a minimal about 2 to 3 % chance of retained products and not expensive.Surgical procedure is a day care procedure, no need of follow up, painless but expensive.
