My child is 6 weeks and suffering from rashes . Mostly on legs and hands. He is taking exclusive mother feed but still he does poop around 20 times in a day. and not able to sleep properly. He at stretch only sleeps for 30-40 mins. Shall we worry or is this normal behaviour at 6 week.

Certain rashes are normal during this age.so one need to see the rashes to comment on.and pooping after every feed is normal too.nothing to worry about that if baby is passing enough urine ..sleep pattern changes frequently .nothing to worry about
