5yr old has Mouth ulcer

Hello, My daughter 5yr old has got ulcer on her lip. 3days back she complained throat pain while swallowing,  gave her some syrup with antihistamine and paracetamol . Pain settled down and fever also reduced,  but her voice turned bad and then ulcer on her lip. Could anyone please suggest something topical applicable medication as she isnt cooperating to take Bcomplex tablet. Please suggest some syrup or so. Thank you.

Apply augmexin LA cream locally over lip... Give Becosule syp 5ml once a day... Don't worry about voice as it would settled in couple of days.... Lukewarm water gargles twice a day...

Apply Zytee/ mucopain gel over the ulcer Syr Multivitamins 5 ml once daily
