Hello doctors, He had a vaccination around 26th July. He felt warm in the morning, when took temperature it was about 99.9, gave him sponge bath and paracetamol 0.5ml. His current weight is 7.1kg. He's on formula feed, as I don't have milk. Is the fever becoz of vaccination, what should be done now?! Thank you

Drops Paracetamol dose for now is 1 ml every 6 hour.. if the fever persistent for more than 3 days , visit a doctor.
