My father is feeling like sudden kind of memory loss as he is not able to recollect few things .He is out of station and forgot to take his b.p tablets .Is it due to this or any other major problem

Dementia is common in old age.. Do regular BP checkup n don't skip tab bcz if u don't control BP then there are many complications like cardiac n so on..

Memory loss occurs after 55 years as normal aging process or abnormally also. Is there anything else like difficulty in walking, hand tremors, slowness oof speech..

Kindly visit a neurologist so that he can be evaluated physically and undergo investigations such as CT/MRI(if indicated) to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly. He shouldn't miss his BP medications and it should be taken as directed.

If he has memory problem. Pls consult neurologist once. If he miss one dose of bp medications nothing much is going to happen. Dont worrry . See tat he wont misses medications again
